The Warriors recently concluded a successful 2011 off-season. We were very pleased to see the improvement of players and teams at all levels in our program.  A special thank you to all of our parents and fans for your support and time during these summer months.  Also, thanks to our assistant coaches for your work with the kids during the off-season.  We are excited to keep working towards our new season in 2011-2012, and look forward to supporting all of the WHS Activities in the Fall Season.  Go Warriors!!!  Here are a couple of announcements for the fall:

1.  Please click on the link for our Fall Open Gym schedule.  All "Future Warriors" are invited to participate in our open gyms.  All open gyms will be held at WHS in the main gym or MINI gym.  We will lift weights after most of our open gyms (as designated on the schedule).  The open gym and lifting sessions are supervised by the WHS GBB coaching staff and we will be keeping attendance at both sessions.  If a session needs to be canceled, we will try to get it on the daily announcements at WHS and the Middle Schools.

2.  We will have a mandatory parent/player meeting in November--date and time TBA.  Physical forms must be completed prior to our first practice (Monday, November 21st).  You will not practice if these are not completed—see the office at WHS for forms or to double-check if you are ready to go. 

3.   These are opportunities for you to get better—take advantage of them.  Many of you have worked hard in the off-season and you need to keep improving your skills and strength.  We have a ton of competition for roster spots and the coaches are excited to see who “steps up”!!  November 21st will be here soon!!
